Vinod Aiyer

Vinod is a corporate management professional with more than 35 years of experience. In his consulting practice, he specializes in coaching people for performance enhancement and competency development, in competency assessment and in designing & conducting training workshops.

Vinod is from the class of 1978 Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and holds a master’s degree in HR. His first five years of direct work experience was in the factory HR function at Hindustan Lever (now HUL) before he moved to the pharmaceutical industry in corporate HR functions. In 1984 he took over as head of HR of Merck Sharpe & Dohme of India, later renamed Merind, and was a member of the executive committee of the Company. He started management consulting in 1990.

B. C. Suresh

Suresh specializes in developing competency models, designing simulations for competency assessment and conducting competency assessment centers, in formulating HR strategy, systems, processes and HR Scorecard, in conducting HR Audits, designing & conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys, and in Kaizen.

Suresh holds a Masters in PM&IR from Mysore University and has more than 30 years of professional experience including 18 years of direct work experience with Astra IDL (now Astra Zeneca) and with the BPL Group.

Ramprasad Jade

Ramprasad specializes in developing competency models, designing simulations for competency assessment and conducting competency assessment centers, in conducting training workshops for competency development and performance management, in PMS consulting, Balanced Scorecard implementation, and in HR Systems and Processes.

Ramprasad holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in HR from the TA Pai Institute of Management and has about 25 years of professional experience including about 15 years of direct work experience with the BPL Group.

Kaushal Misra

Kaushal holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the Allahabad University and has more than 30 years of experience as a HR professional, including 13 years of direct work experience in the HRD function of UTI.

Kaushal specializes in competency assessment, coaching and in designing & conducting training workshops for enhancing managerial effectiveness.

Venkat Ramani

Venkat holds a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has about 30 years of professional experience. His direct work experience is in sales, marketing and business development.

In his consulting practice, Venkat specializes in competency assessment, in designing and conducting training workshops and coaching for enhancing sales force and marketing performance, and in business consulting.

John Idicula

John holds a PGD in PM&IR from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has over 35 years of professional experience. He has worked as head of HR in reputed companies in Manufacturing, Advertising, IT and Retail segments.

In his consulting practice, John specializes in competency mapping, competency assessment, organization structuring and leadership development.

George J Ollapally

George holds a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur, and has about 40 years of experience. He specializes in competency assessment and coaching.

George has worked in general managerial and country head roles in the manufacturing sector and in the BPO sector for about 25 years. And, for the last 15 years he is engaged in advising and assisting his US corporate clients in setting up their operations in India.
